agreed. as much as people don't understand this, we will never compete in that realm of salaries (big boy range) until we either get more money from billionaires (not saying the school is broke, but they wont spend to that amount unless theyre getting more soffer type donations to the football team). we have to hope we hit on an up and comer that's more in our range (3-5).
