Wisconsin fans still don't get basic law.

In order for the NCAA to take action against Miami for tampering, Wisconsin actually has to report them. The NCAA can't do that if there's no report.

If they get that, they'll ask themselves "Why haven't we filed a report?" and the answer to that may either satisfy them... or not.

I could write a dissertation on this topic, but in short this is as much a Wisconsin issue as it is a Fickle issue.

How many programs have had a stronger and more consistent identity as a program than Wisconsin over the past 30 years? He's catching extra ****, not just for losing, but for trying to change the recipe that has allowed the program to over achieve relative to the (perceived) talent level. He's catching extra **** because favorite son Jim Leonhard is gone. He's catching extra **** because the era of a weak B1G West that artificially elevated the program has normalized.
