There's nothing wrong with the idea of "building culture" and getting members of your team to individually and collectively act in ways you think will produce the best results. There is, IMO, something wrong with using that need as an excuse to lose to crap teams or underperform. While it's not the best situation, with our resources, it should be possible to do both at the same time. No one reasonable is expecting greatness. Just reasonable competence while building the program. Hard to argue we've seen that so far. But, it's been 4 games (BCU is irrelevant). We'll see what happens on the next gameday.
