Could recent history be on our side. Pitt beat Clemson last year and Clemson won the NC. I can still hope and dream
 
Scranton, what does any of this have to do with recruiting? We aren’t losing any kids b/c of the loss or a potential loss to Clemson. We have most spots locked up and the rest of the season will have almost no impact on who is committed or possibly coming. Stop.

People are on Richt's back tonight yet in two short years he's had the biggest game in a decade four times: WVU Bowl Game, VT to clinch the ACC Coastal, ND to go into Playoff contention and now the ACC Championship Game.

The future is bright.

Not really. Hard for any defense to hold up when their offense can't do ****, the punter has an awful game, and the opposing team started in great field position almost every time.
 
Don't get too high on this team we are not that good. Losing any of the players that got hurt today would be a disaster as well. We had a fun year that improved our recruiting chances and the brand. Don't freak out if we lose to the defending champs this is already a very successful year

Lol no. We win and we’re in the orange bowl. A LOT would need to happen for this committee to put a 1 loss Miami team that lost to Pitt in the playoffs.
 
Still believe we beat Clemson if Rosier can complete passes consistently.

If the Playoff Committee don't put the 11-1 ACC Champions in the Playoffs then they might as well pack up the whole thing.
 
Yeah there really isn't much arguement about if we win we are in ESPECIALLY IF OSU BEATS WISCOSIN. Its funny even as we were losing today I couldn't help but think a lose today might focus the guys for next week and that is the game that matters.

The playoffs will be - SEC winner , ACC winner , Okalahoma and Big Ten winner . It is simple as that. If Oklahoma were to lose then even Notre Dame might sneak in amazingly.
 
We won't be in if we beat Clemson. We will plummet in the ranking.

VT has proven to be not that good. They just lost to a now 5-5 GT.

The Domers, their close loss to Georgia was wiped off the face of the planet by Auburn wrecking their **** last week.

Those are our two best wins and they have both taken hits of late. Combined with close call after close call against crappy teams, it isn't happening.

I don't think you could say statistically they exploited anything.
Did the defense dominate like they did against ND? No.
But you can't say that offensively they overwhelmed us.
