After 12 games in Raleigh, Will Wade has gone nuclear!.
Tell me, what's wrong with having a 3.0 GPA and running a daycare..
Will Wade is correct. Miami does have an identity, it's built on defense, rebounding, fast break points along with points in the paint.
Shooting will come.
Why do you say that? He’s completely turned around that team from last year. The receipts in here are glorious
Great. Go back and sift through the amount of outrage there was in here when we didn’t hire himWhy do you say that? He’s completely turned around that team from last year.
Good call brahI was told nobody wanted him so we shouldn’t either
Haven’t seen you around these parts for a bit @gacaneaddictThe Pack are about to elevate to the top tier of the ACC. Great hire by them, shows a real committment to basketball, and fans will be super excited.
Word @King of Allapattah ?Gonna hate it if the Pack does better than us the next few years. This is the guy I think Miami should’ve had at the top of their wish list
Yup perfect fit for sure @gacaneaddictWell One coach has 11 years of Head Coaching experience, made tournament 7 times, and would have been 8 if not for Covid. Will Wade would have been such a perfect fit at Miami, it honestly should just irritate all serious Miami basketball fans that we didn't go after him.
Let's hope Lucas hires a great assistant, and recruits like he was at Duke and Kentucky.
Totally unserious program @fincaneMaybe fun but it won't mean much. The guy Will Wade replaced was on the verge of going on a cinderella final four run just a year ago. How this thread ages in 4 to 5 years is of bigger consequence. This isn't me lobbing something at you but it wouldn't surprise me if the initial short term buzz of hiring "the top assistant in college basketball" played an overinflated part in the Lucas hire. Focusing on flash instead of sustainable substance.
Hey look at us we're Miami and we're ready to spend so much f'n money and we stole the Duke coach so we're serious about basketball. I don't even trust that the people behind the hire have any idea of what it truly means to be serious about basketball because the bit of the process we did see play out was wholly unserious.
I don’t understand what you’re doing or what your issue is. Did he sleep with your girl or something? He’s done a good job for them and would have been a great hire for us.Great. Go back and sift through the amount of outrage there was in here when we didn’t hire him
Lol exactly. He is a good coach and we beat them by 1 point. Jai appears to be a good coach as well. Both teams did well hereI don’t understand what you’re doing or what your issue is. Did he sleep with your girl or something? He’s done a good job for them and would have been a great hire for us.
If you’re right and everybody is wrong, go on a rampage and remind everybody. But this is one of those rare cases where everybody was right. People who wanted Wade and people who thought Lucas was the better option. Both guys have immediately turned around **** teams in year 1.Lol exactly. He is a good coach and we beat them by 1 point. Except no one said that. I said that was the case from the start but none of dweebs are capable of thinking that both things could be true simultaneously. If you’re right and everybody is wrong, go on a rampage and remind everybody.
