UM is going to focus on NIL. They realized a couple of years ago that it was not an optimal, or ROI/IRR effective, investment.

They will finish the ongoing projects and then steer new capital to football-NIL.

If a donor arises that is willing to fund 33%+ of the building, then they would build it, but no one has volunteered to do so thus far.

I am going to catch flak for this but this seems kinda redundant and I watched the whole presentation. I think money would be better served supporting NIL and continuing to improve the indoor practice facility and Hecht.

Do they have the cold plunges and hydro therapy in the current facility?

When/if a salary cap hits, we will need it. TOC knows more about this than most on here. I’d listen to him.

Mario mentioned in a Proday interview how the current IPF upgrade is phase 1 before they begin the next part. Was he alluding to this football facility? Thats the only thing I've heard recently regarding this possibly being built.
