cause those are his handpicked guys. If he fires them, he admits he failed.

It would show has failed multiple times now in less than two full years.
He also handpicked Enos. Most of the defensive staff were hired under Richt.

not really our O Line has not had any push upfront for a couple of years. we play a team with talent and we get pushed around badly Bullied is a better word Whisky 2, LSU, NC we are missing something as we look weak against top teams.come back to me next Sept when Alabama dominates us on both sides of LOS......
That's because they recruit better linemen. I'm getting tired of explaining this to people.

This is a serious question, not about what Manny should do, but what he’ll actually do. These are members of his close circle that he either has to show the door or burn with. Will he actually show them the door?
manny isn’t a legit leader. he draws his strength from the dependency of the barely qualified people he overpromotes.

He did not adjust after 700 running yards yesterday and you are expecting this beta to fire his core personal friendly staff? I hace a bridge to sell you..

This is why I put up a poll, I’m not looking if he wants this or that answers........will he do it or not? I wanna see what people really believe based on the current situation.
The entire defensive staff or select staff?

If Manny fires the defensive staff and DOESN’T fire Feeley, then he doesn’t get it.

I really don't understand what Feeley has to do with what happened yesterday or all season.

The Oline getting no push has just as much to do with technique and attitude than it does S&C.....maybe more. It's also scheme. Our guys don't fire off the ball. They stand and wall guys. Jennings and McCloud have zero instincts and ability to find the ball is not the S&C. Safeties taking bad angles.....not on Feeley.

I think we need to add a speed expert. I know OSU has a speed coach (or did) on staff. We're slow and lack explosion in the back 7.

manny picked his staph outside of Rumph. Banda, Patke and Baker are his boys. What are you talking about
I’m talking about the fact that Dan Enos was both hired and fired by Diaz. I’m talking about the fact that Diaz was not head coach when those others you mention were hired.

diaz hired them for his staff. Richt didn’t hire Banda, richt didn’t hire Patke, Richt didn’t hire Baker. These are all failures of Diaz.

A guy on here yesterday was bragging about how much the BOT was behind the football program.
Well here’s a chance to flex your muscle and make sure that Manny understands ( through Blake if necessary ) they go or he goes with them...simple

Let’s see how much they truly care about this program.

Manny is all false bravado, dude looked scared like a ***** during yesterday’s game when it was going to ****.

If Manny is the real deal, he’s gonna hire a DC and give him all control. This scheme is getting picked appart by every capable offenses we’ve faced since he’s been here.
Firing Baker to hire another puppet ain’t gonna change anything.
Picked apart by a former HC he worked for and a former Cane OL coach. Baker has to go, get the best DC for money BOT will approve.

This is not an SC issue, this is another one of the long list of bring up issues after a now common yearly beating.
It most certainly is. It’s like saying Miami has a DB problem, but everything else is fine. Or a LB problem, but everything is fine. Or a scheme problem, but everything is fine. Miami has to raise every facet of the staff and that includes S&C.

Disagree. Technique is HUGE and attitude is important but it’s brought together by a good S&C program. Not firing off the ball CAN BE IMPROVED by S&C. In fact, it’s the job of S&C. The reason why they “stand and wall…” is because they don’t have the hip strength from lifting from the floor (and possibly not squatting deep enough…which is a huge argument in itself).

- Jennings and McCloud are one part of a multifaceted problem. S&C is part of it, imo.
- A ”speed expert” would have to work in coordination with the S&C program.
- You probably don’t realize it but by saying, “we’re slow and lack explosion…” that’s the hallmark of a poorly designed program. Skilled positions need to be explosive. Not having it is an indictment.
