You can replace Mallory’s name with a bunch of players on both sides of the ball.

We have become Regression U under Manny I’m sad to say.

How many guys have catching issues?

Wiggins, Pope, Harley, Mallory. Even X. The other guys just haven’t been here long enough to catch the loser cooties yet. They will if we don’t get our head coach situation straightened out.
 
I wouldn’t mind some TE sweeps and options like they do a lot in the NFL. But with Arroyo.

How do you improve when you gotta teach yourself the position, he was raw coming in and he hadn’t improved due to coaching! You just don’t come from high school a finish project!

His problem is CATCHING the ball...and having the testicular fortitude to block. Those are things that are on HIMSELF...not coaching.

His dad is/was a **** NFL coach. If you gonna be a sh*tty blocker....catch the ball. Physically and in shirts n shorts he is drawn up pretty well as a te.

He is stiff, questionable hands, terrible blocker....I always considered him servicable and commented on this whenever he was hyped on here. Brevin Jordan was a lot ahead of him as a player and worked with the same coaches.

He has the potential but somehow, he turned into a marshmallow over the years. I have never seen a guy that big be so soft. He should be bullying players all over the field.

Hopefully, someone will get that beast out of him someday.
