Will Lashlee get a HC offer?

Lashlee is a gimmick, he may be able to BS his way to a job but I don't see him being anything other than what he is. He's a midmajor playcaller that has the worst feel for the game I've ever seen. I've never seen an OC be this bad at understanding down and distance, nor making calls in short yardage situations. I could only imagine how bad he would be at managing an entire game as an HC.
Short yardage needs work but for the most part his offense has worked here

It's inconsistent. I get that you are trying to sell us that Lashlee is something special, but we've seen time and time again his play calls fail this team. He lucked out with TVD, and honestly: The fact that he didn't know what he had in TVD sooner should be grounds for firing. A good OC would have known what TVD was capable of the moment he came in, because guess what? A GOOD OC SEES TVD EVERYDAY AT PRACTICE AND SEES HOW HE STUDIES AND WORKS. Guess what Gary Stevens didn't do to Steve Walsh: Handicap him early. He knew what he was capable of.

Unbelievable? Well outside of his bad short yardage play calling he's put together two solid offenses together here. We have been averaging about 34 Points and 450 Yards a game with him as OC. Do you remember how bad our offense was before him?
Decent programs don't hire coaches based on stats.

4th and 1. I bet you can guess what play Lashlee calls. Dude is not fooling anyone with some of these stupid calls.
I dont think it would be a bad call but our oline is not good enough to do it. i think we gain rushing yards despite our oline they may be pass blocking better but run blocking sucks

He'd have to interview well (I wonder if Golden left any copies of his binder lying around the Hecht), but his performance as OC the last two years is good enough to get his foot in the door at a G5 school.

I'm not necessarily saying he's special but he's a quality OC in my opinion at least. He's the best OC we have had since maybe Jed Fisch whose now a HC. Programs love the young up and coming OC/QB Gurus and Lashlee is 38 with 10 years of OC experience. I'm not sure if he will get a HC job but I definitely think he will be in the conversation for some and get some interview requests. Him producing 2 Top 35 offenses here after all the offensive struggles we have had Is impressive to me

Him and Don Mullin will replace Bill Belichick as Co-Head Coaches in New England next year.

When Miami can do what they have done the past few weeks vs decent P5 programs then he will get serious looks. But if he is involded in picking players to start then he has some serious issues there as well.
