Why oldtime Canes fans hate gators the most

1978 when we came back from 21-3 halftime deficit we had beer bottles thrown at us as we boarded train in Waldo for Miami
1980 we had oranges thrown at us entire game by gator fans with no attempt by security to stop it. DL coach Christ Vagotis was hit in head by bottle knocked out and ****ed Howard off enough to kick meaningless FG on last play of game.
1982 hottest game ever in Gville where drink vendors refused to sell drinks to Canes fans until they had served gators first
These are just some examples of what the rivalry was all about and anyone who experienced it will always put the gators as most hated team and will never use capital g when spelling gator

Every single one of you mother ****ers are about to downvote this but I'm all about it ..... Miami is built on the whole "If you don't like me celebrating then don't let me in the endzone" ..and if you want to be treated like us then beat us ... You can't beat us so we treat you like **** !!So if another team does it then I'm all about it ... I AM ALL ABOUT WINNING ... **** losers and **** how they feel ...

lol wut? gaytors have won one game against Miami in over thirty years. 90% of op was about how the fans were treated.

I do understand that my friend ... All that I was saying is , in that video .. The way they were treating us is entirely fine with me because we treat people that way when we win ..., I do not condone anybody losing (including) Miami ... But like I said I could've took it wrong .. My apologies

This is where you clearly get it wrong and have no clue. First they pull some cheap *** pathetic low class crap, and flopped when we had the ball to let us score just so they can get the ball back to complete some cheap *** pass so the qb could break the school record. You don't do that period. Then they go into our pool and start swimming in it, again you don't do that.

CLEARLY YOU HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT UM CELEBRATIONS! Look at our tape and look at our celebrations, we never got in anybody's face and celebrated, we never threw it in their face. We scored and partied with ourselves, we stopped them on defense and partied with ourselves. They didn't like it cus it was never done before and they couldn't stop us. But we never jumped in front of the opposing team and danced or celebrated in their face. One thing is their is a CODE, nothing in the CODE says about celebrating with each other, these tight wads just *****ed about it cus nobody did that either and took it like we were rubbing it in.

As for the gayturds, this arrogant pu$$y as crap was just one of many things that deserve the right to be the most hated of our rivals, add to that the hubris of gayturds fans, add to that punk *** AD when they stopped playing us like cowards and stated the U needed them more than gayturds needs the U, this after we had won our 2nd National Title and they hadn't even won an SEC title EVER!!! Frick Those Turds!!!!

Hate those *** heads. We were pelted by oranges on the sidelines with NO attempt to curb the spineless wonders called Gayturd fans. Friday after practice we ate Gator stew as a team and hung a stuffed gator in effigy from the goal post that week on the practice field. *** a gayturd- moronic shiit heads
 
not only do you not need to capitalize the g, based on how they have looked since tebow, you can drop the o, too. gatrs.

I was at THE FLOP. Swimming in Flipper's pool was nothing -- that was the Fins thing. It was those slimmy smucks not being able to accomplish a frigging thing their whole existence and then deliberately falling down so they frigging little qb could break a record he could break legitimately. That personifies their entire persona. They where nothing BUT acted like they were frigging Bama. Think about what we did once Howard got here. For 50 frigging years the gator had complete control of all of FL as The state university and did nothing with it --NOTHING. They should have won 10 NCs but never won even one SEC. It was the flop. The other stuff was bs compared to that. The second best thing to Howard winning our first NC was Fran Curci telling a bunch of gator fans that Miami would win a NC before the gator won a SEC -- Truth will set you free.
