Why not even Hold interviews?

I'm beyond ****ed at this move and it's not even because we hired Diaz. What has me upset is that we hired a HC within 10 hours without holding any other interviews! We should have brought into multiple candidates and listen to them on there plan for fixing this program. I'm happy with Diaz being the coach but at least take your time and not hire the first coach you can. I think these two decisions are linked. Im willing to bet Richt would only retire if Manny Diaz would be his Successor.

Blake James thinks manny is the next Dabo Swinney. That can be the only reason.
 
Blake James is retarded. Diaz has hoodwinked a lot of folks with his flashy chain and hyper-aggressive D. Competent OCs will continue to have their way with him. All you dumbazz fans who jerk off to the turnover chain song nightly are to blame for this fiasco. **** you all!!

More and more nepotism. It makes no sense to hire Manny this fast. He would have accepted the job at anytime we offered so what's the rush. Blake James is the problem with Miami. Now let's see if we get another nepotistic "national" coaching search for OC.

Blake gets nervous asking perspective hires what kind of tree they'd be and about the last time they went above and beyond the call of duty in their last job.
 
Because Miami has the laziest athletic program in the country. We can't look past anyone not directly related to Miami. The SEC doesn't exist, the BIG 12, BIG 10... no one is aware those conferences and the teams in it exist in Coral Gables.

We haven't won jack **** for nearly 20 years and yet somehow we always gotta hire a guy with Miami connections.

Worst athletic program in the nation and I just can't afford to give a fvck about this team anymore when the powers that be put such minimal effort into the program.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT INTERVIEWS, BUT I UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR GETTING THE NEW HIRE DONE ASAP. BUT DON'T YOU TAKE A DAY, ONE DAY, TO GUAGE THE INTEREST FROM COACHES AROUND THE COUNTRY?
