First off, I don’t think we win another game this year and I don’t think he gets fired. But he will be asked about relinquishing play calling duties. The anger from football alumni is too great. If he’s so **** bent on calling plays why stay?

And he really thinks he can be successful calling plays.

I don't get why it's so hard for people to understand this. People lie to themselves all the time to protect their egos. This isn't about him, it's a thing everybody does because it's painful to fail. He, like most people, will put the blame on something else rather than have to face the fact that it's his responsibility and his actions that are causing us to suck right now.

When was the last time you heard somebody say they sucked at their job? Now compare that number with the number of people you come across in a week who suck at their job.

He's going to make north of $4 million per year all the way until 2023. If he accepts a buyout say after next season. He's probably looking at around $15 million (just throwing a number off the top of my head) to walk away. You'd have to be an idiot to walk away from that.

Miami isnt going to pay him 10-15 million to walk away either, plus who would they hire? everyone thinks coaches want to come here but were not going to pony up 5-6 million a year to lure someone away from another school, plus then we'd have to pay their buyout, which Miami wouldnt do

I think Miami narrowly defeats mighty Pittsburgh. Only because JJ, and the seniors, will somehow come out victorious and all that. But then again, there's Marky Mark, and Junior, running the show on offense and what not.

The only way I could see UM forcing out Richt is if they name Diaz HC and then overhaul the offense. That would keep them from having to buyout the entire staff and paying some other coaches buyout at another school. Diaz may agree to be HC at a reduced rate for a couple years to help offset the buyout.

$4 million a year, plus your son is on the staff.

Maybe if the AD forces an OC on him, and fires his son. That would be the only way he steps down.

And I don't see Blake James having the balls to do that.

But just losing? Nah, Mark Richt doesn't care about losing.

These bible thumpers aren’t ready for us scumbags. Things are about to get real real grimy after we lost to GT & VT.

Ready for what, exactly? What are you and the other scumbags prepared to do that is going to be real real grimy?

That last home game with Pitt is going to be a real sh*t show. These dudes have no idea how bad it's about to get. I think our only hope is that change is forced on the Richt crew, his pride gets in the way and he pushes back and they start trying to figure out buyout. Dude is not going to want to be here at seasons end.
