Other teams are allowed to game plan and give scholarships too.

We adjusted after their early success and did a good job of slowing down their offense but no defense can win you a game when your offense literally gives away 10-14 points in every single game that matters.

BC had a 9 yard drive for a FG off an interception and a 14 yard drive for a TD off an INT.

You are a fool if you're giving Diaz **** after this defense has done the impossible, giving this putrid offense, special teams and punter a chance to be in games late no matter how awful they play or many time they gift wrap freebies to the other team.
 
Op is just flat out stupid. Even after the defenses “bad” performance they’re still #2 total Defense. So shut up and worry about the **** offense

You can have the best defense in the football world but if I can keep you on the field.......I will beat you. PERIOD.
When the offense is going three and out it makes any defense vulnerable. The defense is not the problem.

BCs offense is far from terrible. That have a solid o line and one of the best backs in the county.

Because you could literally do a player for player swap of the defensive and offensive starters and score more points than we are right now.
 
Unreal. Just unreal. As ugly as this is, without Manny and the defense we'd have likely lost another 1 or 2 games at this point.

If the offense made the adjustments and improvements the defense did none of this would be a conversation. We'd be rolling.

Did you ever once think the D is beginning to mail it in considering the O's struggles and internal conflict? I mean, what's the point in shutting down an opponent's O when your O is shutdown at the same time.

Some sustained drives would help as well.

I’m curious to see the 3rd down efficiency on offense Rosier vs Perry
 
I get that Manny isn't perfect but up until now he should be up there for Defensive Coordinator of the year for having the number 2 defense with those horrid offense and Special Teams, constantly on the field and having to defend a short field at that... and less than seasoned college assistant coaches. Patke was no bueno as a 10th coach.

I'd like to see some stats on our offensive points scored off turnovers, time of possession comparisons between us and our opponents as well as our average starting field position vs that of our opponents.

Anyone good at pulling these 3 stats?

It's frustrating the way Manny's defenses start many games but I will say this, the guy can make adjustments with the best of them. Our offense not so much.

Imagine how good the Defense would be with an offense that had a heartbeat?? Cant expect them to hold teams to 10 points every game. This is CFB and things happen.
