Why is Carter backing up Crawford?

They need to start and we need to quit subbing so **** much. It's like starters get a series then back ups get a series. Let the starters play and sub when they need a rest or subbing in pass rushers/ extra dbs

Bush and Jenkins are by far our best options at safety, these two should play the vast majority of snaps. I just don't remember guys like Reed or Taylor coming out of the game unless we were blowing someone out.
