If Jimmy Johnson is your mentor and he encouraged you to leave to work for Saban over Golden what would you do?

You're missing the point of this thread. It would be hypocritical of the BOT to hold a grudge against Butch for leaving to take an NFL job (after they ****ed around with his contract no less) but be fine with hiring Mario who bolted for Bama specifically to recruit kids away from Miam 2 weeks after UM gave him a pity job.
