Why Are Most Angry with a Gino hire?

Well, looks like Miami is going out and getting Gino as AD. Possibly Zo in some capacity and possibly Mario as HC.

If that doesn’t slap you in the face as Miami now starting to care about football, I don’t know what will.

There are valid points for no prior AD experience, Miami only people, etc.

Let’s give it a chance if this is how it’s going to play out. It’s Miami caring about football. Let’s not miss on that.

Lack of prior AD experience can be overcome by using top consultants. A good CEO doesn't know everything but certainly knows to seek proper advice before major decision making.

Gino is doing very well financially compounding interest accumulating wealth.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not interested he really doesn’t need the aggravation plus it will interfere with his golf game which is intricately tied to his many businesses.

IMOP , he should pass and keep doing what he’s been doing.
