Why Are Most Angry with a Gino hire?

Gino and Zo combo at the head of the AD is dumber than talking about trying to pull Kiffin & Dorsey.

The top TWO in an AD having a combined ZERO days of experience in managing collegiate athletics??

BAD BAD BAD

And I’m even one who might be ok with Zo as AD if he is smart enough AND he is paired with an experienced associate AD.

I have to wonder if Gino is being hired by the old guard to keep Tom Jurich from having power over the athletic department. Same sentiment IMO.

Just positing something here.

The BOT isn't hiring anybody. It's been very clearly reported the Frenk and his two advisors are running this. He didn't include them on firing Blake
 
For once I’d like for us to actually hire the most qualified person for a position.
 
Maybe they have to fire Manny first before putting Zo or whoever in charge of Football. Might violate his contract. Idk but just a thought.

I love Gino and he had a great year in 92 but how are these Heisman numbers? If DVD put up these numbers everyone would be screaming for Garcia.

There also might be a delay in the fact that it's not just the AD that will be replaced. These Assistant ADs need to be replaced as well. Probably interviewing to staff the whole department. Purely speculation.

For your own sanity, I'd suggest you just accept that if we get Cristobal that he's getting 5 years here no matter what- short of him being charged with murder.

They'd scrap the Zo/Gino part of the equation faster than firing Mario.
