This game is calling me. Was talking to my brother about taking the trip, and I’m pretty close to pulling the trigger. Only obstacle is this pregnant lady I’m married to that could go into labor any day. She’s being real selfish.

I was at A&M and the Cotton Bowl and I’ll be at the Fiesta Bowl. Flying private so will be in and out same day and no need for hotel or rental car or anything else. I got allocated 4 seats in section 134 row 11 but we have a box and I might buy some tix behind the Canes bench between the 40 to 50 yard line in the first 10-15 rows too.

I am staying at the Hampton Inn Airport North.

I wanted something close to the airport because I have a 7am flight on 7/9.

Good thing the game is at 5:30pm local time. Should be out of there and in the Scottsdale area to celebrate by 10pm or just around hotel and get at least 4 hours sleep before having to get up.

Got to experience beating Ohio Taint in person in Dallas and it was incredible.

Would absolutely love to be in Phoenix for this one, but I can’t swing it with work. I’ve been off for nearly 3 weeks between vacation and holidays. On top of that the flight prices from Orlando are absolutely insane ($1,200+….why?!)

The fact that this game is on a Thursday is beyond dumb. The CFP calendar needs to be completely blown up and rebuilt.

Glad she got over it, you're a lucky man! I've been waiting forever, like most here for this ride to come back around so there ain't no way I wasn't going to every single round. Been wearing the same Canes gear for each round thus far lol. GO CANES

Flights are insane. There are a million flights from ATL to PHX and the cheapest ones are $1500.

I don’t understand it. Are they jacked up because of the game? Flights to Dallas on NYE were a little higher than normal but still reasonable $400 to $500), so I’m not sure that’s it.
