Who's a past player you wanted/thought would be great?

Jammi German- had a good career, just thought he was going to be a legend. Maybe I wanted him to be one...

I thought Latwan was going to be a beast, I thought Ray Ray was going to be one of the greats to come through here also, what about Beau Sandland? His Juco tapes had me hyped!
 
Jason Geathers - Excellent athlete, more than RB or WR. In today's offenses, he might play a legit hybrid TE/WR role if he could add a few pounds,

Devin Hester - GOAT return man, but hoped to become the next Deion at CB.

Jacory Harris - Showed promise early but never improved. Needed to add weight.

Ray-Ray Armstrong - Wanted to be a safety, should have been a weakside LB

Anthony Chickillo - College career ruined by bulking up over his natural weight and playing out of position

Hard to say which ones actually bombed since 2001 we really didn't have the coaches who could develop those players like they needed to be.think those coaches thought like some of the players.all they had to do was show up and put that u on.none of them understood what it takes to put that u on.think all those qbs from wright,Freeman to Zachary and the one following would of benefited being tutored by a decent qb coach.
 
Man for me that number is so large, so many state of Miami top shelf that got missed used and not developed.

Kyle Wright...after his cannon throw against the Noles, I thought he’d be a superstar. Still think he had one of the strongest arms in Canes history

Lots of good ones including walker and shipman. For me, it will always be James Stewart. He literally could have been GOAT here but sadly it wasn’t meant to be.

Also, torrey Mitchell (RIP)

I went with German but man Danyell Ferguson is a great call. Had a 1,000 yards his final season but I thought he was going to be unreal. Should have stayed number 7. I did have a white number 1 Ferguson jersey back in the day.

After I saw what Freeman did to us at FSU and everyone was saying Cook was the same but bigger and more explosive........man I turned on Cooks film and said thats the kid I want. Was so mad knowing he would kill us for 3 years and he did just as I thought he would
