Who's a past player you wanted/thought would be great?

Allen Bailey.
I know he’s in the league but I thought he’d be a Top 10 pick monster DT.

Kenny Phillips.
Even though he played in the league he never was the playmaker Reed and Taylor were. At The U or in the NFL.

Never understood the Marcus Forston ratings. Most mediocre player I've ever seen and looked lazy as **** out there. Went toe to toe with posters on that one.

Bobby Washington and Andrew Johnson also come to mind.

Most were busts, other just simply failed expectations.
 
Anyone who puts Kenny Phillips on that list has to be delusional. Talk simply inspired by outlandish expectations. Him not being Reed or Taylor is a disappointment to who ? He most expectations...3 year player/ starter who was a first rd pick.
 
I don't see how anyone is shocked Aldarius Johnson didn't turn out great. The guys feet were practically sideways when he ran. Now if you said Tommy Streeter. Then i would say yeah. That dude could've been something.
 
It's sad that when we've gotten talented players since the Coker take over. They were pretty much wasted and you just will never know. Then on top of that. How many guys that went elsewhere would've ended up here instead.

It's really painful too look back over these last 20 years and see. What was a Dynasty. Turned into a cloud of **** in seconds and just dragged along for so long.
