Whoever the next HC is should call this guy...

No thanks.

Good coach, but I want a defensive coordinator who knows what grits taste like.

...Don Brown. DC at Boston College. That dude has been a phenomenal DC for quite some time now. Has done a great job with less talent than most of the teams he plays against.

This is the type of grizzled vet great teacher that we need to infuse into this program. More teachers and schemers less amateurs and HS coaches.

Chise, if anyone else made this recommendation - I'd say yes, he needs a look.

But you've been off your game lately, so I say **** this guy. Out of hand.

That's hurtful.

I can dig it. I feel he's flying very under the radar for what he's been able to do this year. Hasn't allowed more than 17 points by a team all year. Not bad, especially for a horrific offense that can't stay on the field. That being said the ACC hasn't been very explosive, points whys this year aside from Clemson and North Carolina the past two games, so that might have something to do with it.
This dude's defenses are always violent and savage. The fact that they're still stopping teams with the worst offense I've seen in years is amazing.

I love how his defenses play. They are nasty and will bloody your nose all day. I started paying attention to him at UConn, and he was nasty there too.

Ya he's definitely a great thought, I don't know if we can get him out of the North East though lol, but like I've said before about the head coach, Money Talks.

I doubt BC is paying him much. Double his salary. He'll jog down here to coach the savages he'd have access to at UM.

+1 with OP.

Brown would be a stellar higher for DC. His defenses always play fast and aggressive. Who cares where he is from

No idea what that means. But I'm not surprised you wouldn't hire Brown based on the guys you have been endorsing for HC.

I don't want a guy who only has experience coaching in the Northeast. Different kind of athlete.

This guy's better than Golden and D'Onofrio, but those two were also considered good defensive minds before they came down here.

Clemson put up 34 on them
