Who Would You Keep?

Clean House.............

+1. Finally get rid of Swasey's underqualified a$$ as well. I can't believe this guy has lasted 3 different coaches. If the next coach keeps him nothing will change.

Swasey is not under-qualified. You tripping, Homey! He can go or be reassigned to another sport.

I'm sorry Sonny, but a sociology major does not qualify Swasey to being our S&C coach. He's always been decent for speed and agility. That's why some skill players come back and train with him, along with the nice weather of South Florida. But he has never been good for Strength. We have gotten are a$$es kicked at the line of scrimmage for going on 12 years after all the Tommy Moffitt influenced players left the program. Swasey needs to go as well.

I'm completely in favor of a total cleansing aside from allowing Baez to stay on board for his recruiting role. The WR position group has seen noticeable improvement with Beard, so it'd be fine if the next coach wants him to stay. Scott too if he wants to return to coaching TEs due to the development of Walford and Njoku. The rest of the staff needs to go, especially Kehoe and Swasey.

The Duke game should've further cemented why our OL/DL coaching and strength and conditioning program needs to undergo a dramatic overhaul. Our players were dropping like flies in the 4th quarter and we were losing the battle in the trenches repeatedly late in the game against f***ing Duke. Unacceptable. Our OL looks extremely sloppy. We need to get back to striking fear into teams once our players step off the bus. We're nowhere near that right now.

As for Ice, slow playing Carlin Fils-Aime is a fireable offense all on its own.

To be fair. The decision to slow play any recruit is not made by the RB coach.
That's absolutly a HC decision.

New coach would be wise to keep Baez.
He is a connection to the current recrutiing class and would provide the new coach and staff the information they need.
Apart from that it's truly up to the new coaches discretion.
The coordinators wod have to go obviously.
Scott, Ice, Beard, Brown don't care if they stay don't care if they go.
Anyone else staying would cause concern.
