Literally every oline coach has a "bully" persona. The issue is finding one that can actually make it happen on the field.
 
Find someone with a good track record and pay them. Its really that simple. Also find an OC with a good record of developing QBs.

I like Art Kehoe, but hes been fired twice. We don't need #3.

Hue Jackson might be a good oc candidate, but I dont think we can pay him.

We dont even need an elite ST unit, just a competent one.
 
A offense like babers, kingsbury, holgerson, riley etc would mask our oline problems. We need a better Offense first and worry about the ol coach later

Jackson's ego would eat Richt alive. He is actually the exact type of personality UM needs, but I don't see any scenario he would be willing to take an OC position in college nor a scenario Richt would be willing to hire him.

Exactly. And his predecessor- the dude that got fired during the bullying nonsense. I liked how he carried himself on Hard Knocks and I think he can coach special teams too. Jim Turner I believe his name is.

Reese Morgan - He's the DL coach for Iowa, but before he started coaching DLine, he was the legendary OL Coach that recruited & put Robert Gallery, Brandon Scherff, Riley Reiff, Bryan Bulaga & Marshal Yanda in the league.

Bill Bedenbaugh - Oklahoma; put a bunch of good lineman in the league

Hiring a new OL coach and keeping Richt as OC accomplishes nothing. Its like hiring a new DL coach in Dorito's defense.

How do you guys not see this? It is the exact same scenario as we had 4 year ago, did you forget?

Its mindblowing you guys are even talking about it.

Yup, Turner is a really good OL coach, he's currently at TAMU with Jumbo lol.
