Blake has whiffed twice there's no way he's trusted with the decision. James and Diaz's fate is tied together they both must go.
Straws gets promoted.
Tired of people saying this. It is enough time when you lose to the teams we did this yearJames didnt whiff on Richt, jury is still out on Diaz. One year is not enough time.
Go get Urban Meyer, put Highsmith in front office and call it a day. Lets shoot for the moon. Enough of the scrubs.Blake has whiffed twice there's no way he's trusted with the decision. James and Diaz's fate is tied together they both must go.

Blake with input from Strawley! So we can't go wrong.Blake has whiffed twice there's no way he's trusted with the decision. James and Diaz's fate is tied together they both must go.
The point in having a football CEO like Highsmith is that a football guy, not a fundraiser, would be in position to let the AD know what makes sense, football wise, when an opening occurs. Miami has never had that. Sam Jankovic knew football better than most ADs and could be trusted. Since he left, we haven't had an AD who knows football like he did. In fact, the lack of football knowledge by the ADs has been a source of our trend toward mediocrity. Paul Dee was an attorney for the Palm Beach County school system who had no business being an AD. Shawn Eichhorst, who fired Randy Shannon now serves as a deputy AD at Texas. Kirby Hocutt was AD when the Nevin Sharpiro mess happened. Blake James was a ticket booth guy before he rose to the ranks of AD. No experience in football.
