This is the part in the movie when the pieces start coming together. The BOT doesn’t know a first down from first base. Strawley has more balls than James but it’s feminist balls. Zo wants to get hired and go full exterminator on the coaching staff.
James wants to hire him to save his own ***. Alpo model isn’t gonna want the Highsmith testosterone stench on campus cause he was there when “I ain’t scared of you *******” was said and that’s cancel culture bait.
Manny is in limbo cause he can’t hire anyone because James is waiting to see what else he can do to save his own *** and blame everyone else. The BOT is going skiing to Vail or wintering in Jackson Hole. adidas and the acc network don’t give a sht either. The ACC is laughing at us and jerking to some old man named Mac.
Earnest T Bass is back to blaming us for being last in every offensive statistical category.

CiS will hold a random drawing of posters to run the search. Donating to billboards and banners gets to extra entries

The point in having a football CEO like Highsmith is that a football guy, not a fundraiser, would be in position to let the AD know what makes sense, football wise, when an opening occurs. Miami has never had that. Sam Jankovic knew football better than most ADs and could be trusted. Since he left, we haven't had an AD who knows football like he did. In fact, the lack of football knowledge by the ADs has been a source of our trend toward mediocrity. Paul Dee was an attorney for the Palm Beach County school system who had no business being an AD. Shawn Eichhorst, who fired Randy Shannon now serves as a deputy AD at Texas. Kirby Hocutt was AD when the Nevin Sharpiro mess happened. Blake James was a ticket booth guy before he rose to the ranks of AD. No experience in football.

There are plenty of good AD candidates out there... we somehow seem to pick the worst of the lot.. just like our HC picks
