Looking at his highlight tape, his QB #11 is Kendell Beckwith. He signed with LSU last year as a 4 star OLB. He got some burn this year for them. McKnight is a year younger and looks to have a bigger frame than Beckwith on film. Any chance he is an LB prospect here if not RB? Beckwith was listed at 6'3" 225 lbs for comparisons sake.

Oh, ok. Easily?, lol. You must not read anything much other than 247. To each his own, I guess.

For those concerned about speed and burst, he definitely looks to be a short-yardage back, and the Canes kind of lack that presence right now.

I think we saw Gus start to "get it" the last couple of games, so I expect him to be much improved, but McKnight might be the bowling ball for 3rd & shorts UM needs. Good hands, breaks a ton a tackles. 3rd down specialist, looks decent at LB, too.
