Who is QB?

What a nice ******* problem to have....a decent QB room with definite competition. Tate, just being there, will light a fire under these young bucks. That dude is not lacking confidence and I like it.

Agree with you. Jarren needs to be pushed though. He's not as far a long as some think he is. Enos should be a blessing for his development.

What happens in 2020?

You recruit a QB in this class & recruit a QB in 2020 too, if Jarren, Perry or Tate are still here then they'll compete.

Clemson had a 2 5-star QB's already on roster, still took Trevor Lawrence & pushed the upperclassmen out, and they took Taisun Phommachanh for 2019 & guess what... They're gonna take another QB in 2020 too.

Bama has 4/5-star QB's on their roster every year, they still take more in every class, same with Ohio St, Oklahoma & just about every other major winning program.

You take a QB in every class & if a QB pops up in the Portal that's good & can help you win, you take him too.

Competition is the name of the game, no program rests on just one player, if a QB leaves because another is coming in, oh fckin well, good luck to'em & the show rolls on.

This ain't the Richt era anymore, QB development is going to be a real thing now, the days of landing one kid & holding on for dear life trying to stash him on the bench for 4 years hoping he finally picks up the offense are over. If you can play, you'll play. Doesn't matter if it's a True Freshman, Redshirt Soph or a Grad Transfer Junior/Senior, they will all compete & may the best man win.

Our qbs will be ok once enos starts working with them.every qb he's coached has shown improvements.don't believe it will change here.Bet coaches already talked to current qbs on roster told what was expected of them..if they don't accept the challenge expect a couple transfers.probably Weldon and Perry think Williams will be smart and take advantage of what done can teach him.

Maybe he can include that in his application for a waiver. In addition to what his main reason about Liar will be he can say he would gladly stay at OSU, finish the semester and graduate but he will be harassed and he seriously fears for his life.

Need to factor in the possibility of signing Plumlee. He visits this weekend, and already has an offer. Now that he knows who our OC is, it's just a matter of closing the deal. If signed, Plumlee is a complete unknown in the QB competition...
 
Depends what they look like after Enos works with them. Bet Williams improves, Perry doesn’t, Tate improves. Perry fades into the background. Williams and Tate battle things out.
