Who is Plan B?

Don't understand how so many people can want Tom Herman when Texas fans are saying how he completely lost the plot.

My tiers are as follows...

A Tier: Cristobal, Kiffin

B Tier: Fickell, Aranda, Napier, Bill Clark, Freeze.

Seeing how wild turkey sark is doing at Texas makes me give Tom a small pass. And aranda is tier A for me. His growth as a coach is incredible this year. And his team is good and their quarterback isn’t even good. Which leads me to believe he’s actually coaching well. Unlike our 3 game win streak. And with kiffin and aranda you’d at least know one side of the ball will be competent

@Liberty City El has mentioned Herman and he is a good buy-low guy with upside. Leach has age concerns but is a proven HC with a proven offense.

Those are the names that jump out. Fickell and Napier are studs but don’t strike me as guys who would want this job.

Not to much else to say on Mario or Lane. As for Arranda, how do you view him as a recruiter? You guys are definitely more educated on the topic and was curious what kind of juice he brought.

I def like some of the guys on Arranda’s staff

I’ve mentioned bill before too lol. Truly believe he’s guna do good at his next stop. But Bruh If it ends up being kiffin. I don’t understand what some see on his resume that makes him the guy for this..someone said hate the guy..lol bruh cis is making me hate his smug ***..

CIS: “we don’t want coaches who failed at previous stops”
Also CIS: “lane kiffin should be a top Choice “
 
With as much time as Zo has been spending around the U, it seems fairly obvious he’s going to be involved in some way, shape, or form. What exactly that will look like only time will tell.

They need to find reality. If they don’t want coaches who have failed at previous stops they don’t want anybody. **** when Lincoln Riley finally leaves OU his time there would be considered a failure imo
 
The only reason we're talking about Cristobal is because it's obvious the BOT is drooling over him. If he passes on us then it's not for the BOT to decide who's plan B. It's the AD's. Which at the moment is vacant.

Hiring the AD is step 1. And that hire most likely is months away from happening.

Kiffin is clear plan B. The Ad will not take months.
