Who is out on defense for the game?

Yeah but that backup for cincy was going off lol , however Memphis wasnt getting to him enough so he was back there just slinging.

Yep, we will have to keep pressure on him to help out our secondary. That could wear them out.
UC defense is kinda weak, Kaaya/yearby should have a field day

Because coach golden told Figs and blue to rape a girl? No wait, was it because he was smoking with Paul after practice? Oh no it must have been because he put a bounty on Owens and had him injured! No that's not it, oh yeah he had planned for Gatot to have a life threatening injury. Yea it's on Golden...
And no matter how far down your throat you jam his ****, that fact won't change. Rooster issues are on golden.

I didn't know coach golden built a farm on campus! Has anyone else heard of this rooster epidemic? Lol.

I would love to see us morph into a 4-2-5 out of necessity. However, without Bush or Carter for the first half, even doing that might prove to be difficult. But just going to a 4-3 would help a lot. I think we have plenty of DE to play that, and using kirby, grace, mccord, and young should get us through the first half. Then move to the 4-2-5 or even a version of the 3-3-5 using aqm, or accord as the third lb moving around the LOS... This will be interesting to see how the staff gets through this first half, and really the whole game with all these LBs down

- Excluding Gayot/Owens and including those who had serious off-field issues, Golden brought those players into the program in the first place. You're likely the type to criticize coaches of other programs when their players face legal issues, so why wouldn't it reflect the same way on Golden?
- Skai Moore and James Burgess Jr. were deemed not good enough by Al Golden. Moore wasn't offered until NSD and Burgess was pushed out of his class. Both are ballers. No one in their right mind would try to argue against these being critical mistakes by Golden.
- Terry McCray was a very poor evaluation by the staff. Not a UM-caliber athlete and never was. Misfires like that are what cause such laughable depth problems in Year 5.
- Local studs like Kilby-Lane and Coney didn't give Golden the time of day in the previous cycle. Golden resorted to landing a slow LB from Jersey and was told to f*** off by some random out-of-state LBs like Mohamed Barry and Saleem Brightwell at the 11th hour. In case you haven't noticed, South Florida is an extremely fertile recruiting ground for LBs. You'd never know it based on the ones Golden was chasing last year aside from Charles Perry.

But hey, #SWAG16 , right? This is Year 5. All depth issues are Golden's fault. There are no excuses. Open your eyes.

You act like Skai Moore was a can't miss HOF type player. EVERYONE, including the fan base wanted Big 6 over him, we got plunked by him and lost out on Moore. Burgess flipped to Louisville. Revision is history. Terry McCray was being recruited by LSU as well, he's good enough to be wanted by one of the best SEC schools but not good enough for Miami? As far as the guys with off field issues, Figs parents are both Marines! Tell me you saw their child becoming a rapist and I'll crown you king foresight

Burgess was told he was too small and that was also the reason we slow played Moore because Golden only wanted 1 small LB in that class (Grace).

Burgess and Moore should both be Canes right now.

The whole fan base was screaming for Skai to get an offer. Yes, at the time, M6 was considered the better overall product, but Skai Moore was pretty talented to warrant a scholly offer. This was the classic tale of putting all of your eggs in one basket. To sign Moore, we could've offered him early and kept tabs on him. That's what a normal coach would do. There's never a guarantee, no matter what a player is telling you, until they sign their NLI.

Quite the strawman in that opening sentence. You took a comment that Moore is a baller, which he is, and made the hyperbolic leap of saying I'm claiming Moore was a can't-miss HOF'er coming out of HS. Reading comprehension is key.

No one in their right mind would argue against the notion that Golden egregiously botched the recruitments of both Moore and Burgess. They're having great college careers at their respective schools and are clearly UM-caliber players who will end up playing on Sundays.

Oh, and LMAO at "revision is history." That's almost as funny as claiming the rumored LSU interest in McCray was legit.

Burgess was slow played so was skai, both should be here, skai is a little over rated by some here but hes better than some of the guys we have here, imagine our core with them here, kirby wouldnt see the field, figs was just a crazy guy, but man our depth is horrible at the position, owens injury might come to bite us later

Is Perry really not ready in a pinch? i don't want to burn his shirt but wasn't he a good pickup.

LOL at the clowns on here who keep beating the LSU wanted McCray drum as if that matters even if it was true. You don't get mulligans just because someone else might have been interested in a guy.

It's odd that the majority of local fans didn't like McCray at the time he was being recruited. They said all the same stuff about him that is being said about him now.

Same with Skai Moore. Local fans were in love with him when Folden was ignoring him. This isn't second-guessing or playing results. Most of the guys Folden missed on or ignored were guys that the fans were locked in on.

Perry i believe Shirt was being burned regardless. He is on almost all the psecial teams units. So kid is going to have to play.
If Mike Smith and Terry Mccray cant log mins now...they will never log mins here imo. Those two got to be able to get on the field atleast to giv eguys a breather or two.

Doesn't mean jack ****, never has never will. No offense to marines or any servicemen, but gangsters and criminals join the marines too. The fact that his parents are marines and he couldn't get a 2.0 to be eligible right out of high school should have been the first major flag. Just because someone served doesn't automatically make them a good parent, and it sure as **** doesn't automatically make their kids good kids.

The rest of your rant is just making excuses. Bottom line, there is plenty of LB talent right in his back yard, but Golden is too stupid and too stubborn to take advantage of it which is why we are in the position we are now.
