Who Goes On The List?

A bit of a different thread from all of the gloom this last month has generated. I'd like to talk about The List.

The List is something that I would classify as the List of Woe. When a team embarrasses the University of Miami, they go on The List. Because gloom does not last forever, and one day, hopefully not too long away, this stuff will get squared away. And when it does, there is a long line of clowns who need to get what they dished out, only a thousandfold back.

The List is not count rivalries. So Florida State remains in its own circle of gloom. But there are others who deserve to be on there. Programs who not only need to be defeated, but to be dealt such crushing losses that it changes the direction of their programs. Like Texas in 1990. Like Syracuse in 2001. Like Washington in 2001.

- Ohio State: They are forever on there, for 2002. A dozen blowout victories wouldn't even begin to even things out
- LSU: For that fun little fight at the Peach Bowl. They earned a spot there too
- Virginia: For the last night of the Orange Bowl

Those ones are easy. But as this season goes on, as I witness various idiots throwing the U sign down, I can think of some other programs clamoring to climb aboard that List. And I hope the freshmen, the transfers are watching this crap. Because they're going to be the ones who turn this around I hope, and the ones to start giving recompense in due time.

So not today. But in the future.

Who has earned a spot on The List?

Unc for the the down U and that 2020 game

Duke cause they’re Duke the down U

Fiu and mtsu
MTSU - I want that school back on the schedule. I want Miami to go up to their wooden stadium and play them there. And put so many points on them that the coach asks if we can shorten the fourth quarter. And the answer of course is, No.

FIU - I don't care where we play them. I want a lot of points scored, so much so that FIU drops the program. And I will be disappointed if we do not have at least everyone on our team fake a cramp up at least once during the game. Let it be the 1990 Cotton Bowl, but with cramps instead of penalties.

Duke - Oh, they're on The List after the down U. Ditto with UNC.

-2019 FIU loss. Being beat by Butch at the side of the old Orange Bowl. Worst loss ever in my opinion.

-2008 florida (I refuse to capitalize them) loss. The enemy talked so much **** before the game and we could only muster a field goal. Made us loom weak AF.

-2003 ohio state (I also refuse to capitalize them) loss. Despite the bad call, we never even should have been in the position to begin with.

-Jarren Williams.

-Gattis.

-Corch Golden's stupid attire while coaching games.

-58-0 vs Clempson.

I may add more later, gotta go.

Dabo in the ACCCG.

Maybe a bit of a reach but seeing that Bama secondary say they won a ship in the crib in ‘20 made my blood boil.

nortre **** for obvious reasons.. and unc. Fcs teams that beat Miami once and gloat can get circled back to but they don't rise to 'I'll kill your whole family' status like the other teams on the list.

ND deserves another beatin', just for good measure.
UNC.
Duke's such a ****** program, I shouldn't care, but it would be nice to pound them for the next 10 or 12 years.
Appy State.
If I'm allowed a fifth, Wisconsin gets that spot.

-Jarren Williams.
Why put him on the list? I could understand putting someone like Corey Gaynor on that list for treacherously transferring to a rival team that he was beaten by 3 times, but Jarren? He doesn't even play anymore. Not sure what you could do except maybe send Cover 3 over and get that win.
