Who gets fired first Al or Blake?

I was wondering who Frenk would fire first. If its Blake, do you trust Frenk to hire the next AD or do you think the BOT hires him? If its Al, do you trust Blake to hire the next HC or does the BOT take charge of all things in the athletics program?

Blake, fortunately he doesn't have a RIDICULOUS buyout (thanks Donna) like fat Al. Funny, she gives fat Al a ridiculous extention, raise and buyout after winning nothing because he dealt with a "cloud."
Meanwhile Butch Davis faces REAL sanctions and builds a dynasty and is forced out by bull**** contract. (Thanks Donna.)
 
I've seen nothing that would indicate that UM is interested in firing either. If you don't fire your HC after a sub .500 year 4 at UM then you don't really care about the old metrics of success like W/Ls.
 
If anyone is firing anyone (and that's always a big if) it'd probably be as a result of pushing from Mr. Tomato and/or Good Time Stu and one would assume that it'd be both Alfredo and Flake gone simultaneously. I have no idea how involved Frenk is going to be but one might assume (and hope) that he's either hands off or willing to defer to BoT members that actually care about athletics. Even then it's a crapshoot as The Tomato King was apparently very pro-Golden during the last search.

If true, I hope The Tomato Can takes a look at the wretched job C A G has done (by conventional metrics, of course), swallows his pride like a rotten, worm infested tomato, and fires this bum.

Blake. They will try to bye off the fans for another year by firing James. Remember Blades said we needed to give Al TWO more years. If the fan rebellion continues James will get sacrificed end of 2015 season to buy Al 2016. So two more seasons of trash play and collapsing recruiting classes.

How would firing Fake placate the fans? Fake isn't the GM of UM's football program and isn't responsible for player personnel decisions. I can't imagine that firing Fake while retaining C A G will make anyone feel better about the direction of the program.
 
Working at University of Miami athletic department?Um, neither and might as well be given tenured faculty status

Neither one has any business being anywhere near the top of any major college org chart.

You look at those two losers and it's easy to reconcile how we managed to lose 7 games last year despite a pretty talented squad.
 
Doesn't really matter. The administration will not spend what it needs to get a high level coach in here. They need to get lucky, and there's a very good chance they will not. Sadly, and I do mean sadly, our best bet is Golden winning because the next guy will need 3-4 years to prove he's a crappy hire. That means we are screwed, because unless some miracle happens, we aren't going to be much better than we were last year. Golden will be fired and they'll hire a scrub who very well could be worse than Golden, because he'll be plucked from the bargain bin. Just like Golden was. It's a sad, sad time to be a Cane fan.

Butch will develop current players and built a future NFL roster for a reasonable fee.
 
frenk talking about loving michigan football, meeting with the coaches, importance of sports, waiting to make his own decision, is telling me al is on chopping block. i didnt think that before.

Frenk is just introducing himself. He won't evaluate each and every program. That's the ADs job. James won't be fired.
 
Frenk will not even realize what a football looks like until 2018. then he'll be like "oh, we been losing".
