Who finishes as our third-leading receiver?

Whoever it is, he won't have to do much to settle in that spot. Currently Marion is third with 125 receiving yards through 5 games. That sucks.

Feels like things get easier and we start generating more leads and being able to play guys like Moore some extra snaps. Marion, possibly, as they get him more integrated in this extra bye and into the lighter part of the schedule. Same can be said for Lofton being more integrated and making a bigger impact down the stretch, especially against teams that lack athletes like 3 of our first 5 opponents

Going to go with Moore. There’s going to be teams with smaller corners that he’s too good of a matchup to not attack.

I felt like Marion had his worst game of the year sat. The reverse was a TD if he let the blocking develop, horrible penalty that cost a TD on Toney’s amazing catch and run, and it seemed like there were a couple times where he and Beck seemed to be on different scripts with the routes being run.

Need him to step up or get Moore additional reps.

I hope we can still get a contribution from Jo Jo. We are heading for a possible national championship so we need all our playmakers to contribute if possible. He can still stretch the defense when healthy and focused.

We’ve got three, top 200 4 star receivers in their second years in Jojo, Ny Carr and Chance contributing absolutely nothing. Would be nice to see the staff develop one of them into the third receiving option.

Why does no one talk about Ny Carr? He was ranked almost as highly as Jo Jo coming out. Is he ever going to play? Our 2025 WR evaluations look great - Toney, Moore, and Upshaw. 2024 not so much (though I never had big expectations for Chance).

Carr's highlights our of H.S. were impressive (I know that's why they are highlights).

As of now, these are the leading receivers:

1. Malachi Toney- 375 yards
2. CJ Daniels- 269 yards
3. Keelan Marion- 125 yards
4. Elija Lofton- 100 yards
5. Tony Johnson- 84 yards
6. Josh Moore- 76 yards
The easy answer should be Jojo. But clearly there’s weird stuff happening. I’ve never seen so much consensus hype over a player then zero production. If he’s even half the player you and others hyped him to be this shouldn’t be a question.
