Who do you want as the DC?

I've seen hundreds of posts and countless threads that say "I'd lose faith in Richt if he hired___," or "a 3-4 doesn't work in South Florida," or "this guy was fired," or "this guy isn't ready to call plays," etc. What I don't see are many people giving many names of who they actually want. What I see is, "I want a savage." "I want a guy who runs a 4-3." "I want a guy who maximizes the South Florida savages."
