Leave Beck out for purposes of the discussion.

I’ve been watching cutups of all the QBs to get ready for the season, and LaNorris Sellers stands out from a talent standpoint over guys like Klubnick (reminds me of Colt McCoy), Allar, Nussmeier, and Leavitt. I like how Sellers carries himself, his strength is insane, and he is an easy thrower.

Who do you have at #1?

It's Beck for me, but I will say Nussmier. Nussmeier has impressed this off season and they brought him the weapons through the portal. Their are several that could move up, but it's another down year for QB's to me going in. I can see Nuss and Beck in the Lincoln Center at the end of the year, like Cam was.

Sellers is a solid choice. 6'3, 240lbs? A clone of Cam Newton. That game against Clemson last year might be just a glimpse of what he can do. I wouldn't count Manning out. A full off season as the guy.

Tier 1 is the locked in studs - Nuss, Klubnik, Sellers, and Leavitt

Tier 2 is potential to push into tier 1 but some inconsistencies or step up in com - Mateer, Allar, Manning

Tier 3 is super talents but unproven - Lagway, Arch,

Tier 4 is excellent college QBs but limited and don’t have the ceiling of the top tier - Jennings, Raiola, Avery Johnson, Becht

Depends how you are viewing the question tbh. Best QB strictly regarding College? Best with NFL Potential? Best thrower? Or how I'd rank QBs that I'd want on Miamis roster?

I'd probably choose to enter this season with John Mateer because I'd have the highest confidence in him being great here. He's got the best combo of passing and running ability and technically has 2 years of eligibility that he may choose to use.
I think someone like Sellers likely ends up better. I think Nussmeier likely would be the best passer and would perform excellently in Dawsons offense. After those 3 you get more into balancing potential and eligibility vs how proven they are the level of play you're likely to get. Becht and Leavitt would probably be my next 2 choices. Then I'd go with the younger guysof Raiola or Arch then Lagway. Then I'd begin picking guys like Sawyer Robertson, Cade Klubnik, Drew Allar, Behren Morton, Josh Hoover.

So Something like:
1. Mateer
T2. Sellers
T2. Nussmeier
T4. Becht
T4. Leavitt
T6. Raiola
T6. Manning
8. Lagway
9. Robertson
10. Klubnik
11. Allar
12. Morton
13. Allar
14. Hoover
15. Demond Williams

After them I'd be picking Kevin Jennings, Nico Iamaleava, Brendan Sorsby, Aidan Chiles for riskier plays, and for more proven guys like Miller Moss, Mendoza, Chandler Morris...
