Why are people so stuck on Norvell? Not sold on him. Brian Kelly? You crazy? Is Miami even pompus and pious enough for him? I’d like to see him go to 71st and recruit..
 
Manny is a new HC, who doesn't know what the **** to do. As a new HC, the first and most crucial step is to surround yourself with quality coaches and completley, utterly ****ed up on that side. Everybody and I mean everybody on the Defensive side of the ball should go, besides Hicks, everybody on the offensive side needs to go as well.

My dark-horse candidate is Kliff Kingsbury.

I think the Arizona experiment flames out next season, and he’ll be very affordable. I also think he runs the offense that recruits will enjoy.

Also think the NFL experience helps with recruiting and building his staff.
 
With all of the suggestions and the bad taste left in Manny mouth.. after this season I see him becoming more vicious with his approach. He tried the TNM experiment and that didn't work. Look I get it everyone's ****ed including me but gotta give Manny through next year. Just watch if not I'll eat crow💯🙌
 
He gonna make the necessary changes.. if not he's done.. but to be real we got Manny until the end of next season... but hopefully he gets aggressive in recruiting and with the players no more dancing periodt 😂

Put Jimmy on a plane and bring back Mike Gundy. The guy is a PROVEN head coach who will always be under the shadow of OU. His big booster had been T. Boone who died last year. He would be a home run hire given the small pool that may be interested. Go get him NOW.

One of the few realistic names I have seen in this thread.

As I've emphasized...everything tends to drift back to the beginning. If someone is special enough to have been pursued and hired at a young age by Al Davis, Tennessee, USC, and Nick Saban, then there must have been something to it. You take advantage of overreaction that slotted him lower than his rightful level.

diaz for sure is back. Let’s see on the coordinators. No way he is dumb enough to keep Enos. Baker might stay cause Manny can just take over play calling anytime.
 
To quote Mona Lisa Vito “It’s a bull**** question!” What mankes anyone think that after a half dozen failed hires, that anyone associated with the process, from the AD that doesnt even bother to interview people, to the BOT, who has presided over the systematic dismantling of one of the most storied football programs in modern day colege football history, will get the next hire “right”. The curtain needs to be pulled back to expose the individuals that are killing the goose that laid the golden egg and put Miami on the map to begin with. Its astounding.
