Whos going to play the Y and fill Bauman’s role? Last year Bauman had 699 snaps. Trying to avoid talking about him but was on the field block.
Lofton only played 451 snaps. And 210 to Bauman’s 361 run blocking snaps. Hes 6’3 242. He’s not a Y. He’ll play in 2 te or anything that doesn’t require a large being to block or give the appearance of blocking.

Who’s going to be the 6th olineman, so to speak? 700 snaps is a large hole to fill

If we are going to utilize another non receiver threat at TE, we may as well throw SJ out there. Maybe Cole McConathy or the massive Freshman from last year that was not on scholarship.

I'd prefer to see none of those options, giving snaps to more WR's which would just take another guy out of the box.

Tyler Warren is 6’6 255.

Yeah I’m sure there’ll be more 10 personnel this year like there was with Cam. But i do think they’ll have a blocking te a lot of the time still
 
If he could only play Pitt all the time Bauman would be excellent.

between Lofton and Bauman, they caught a couple more passes than Arroyo...but hopefully someone steps up...maybe Lofton was injured most of the year.
