There is very little chance Cristobal comes here if Blake James is still the athletic director.

Pretty sure I was one of the first to throw Butch's name out there as an AD possibility. I have zero interest in what's left of him as a coach, but I have little doubt he'd be a good custodian from a higher altitude.

The issue is he cares about winning. That's a philosophical difference that will need to be bridged with our current administration.

Either way you have to do it now you’ll have no chance regardless who the AD is. I also believe Blake’s neck is tied to Manny’s. It could be foolish but personally it seems like if the right people want him gone, he’s gone. This is purely my speculation on the situation.

When ACCCG is technically out of reach or a mind numbing defeat will be the immediate ticket punch out...

I think UNC has the biggest potential ..... Mack Brown will rip Manny a new *******
 
none, he's in year three of a 5 year, plus we payed a 4 mil buyout on top of his 3mil annual, u think we have enough money to fire this clown, buyout another coach and give him a salary???

i got beach front property in iowa if u believe he's getting fired anytime soon.

Lets look at the rest of the schedule and be realistic.

CCSU - W
UVA - Big time L
UNC - Bigger time L - Manny SHOULD be gone
NCSU - L
Pitt - LOL... L, HAS to be gone by now, 0-4 in the ACC
GT - Might actually W... maybe
FSU - W, they aren't even worth it
VT - ugly L
Duke - toss up but give us a W

That would be 5-7, IF he makes the whole season. Yea, I am saying either Mack or NCSU is the death knell.

ROFL. amongst private schools money per game USC 15m UCLA 5m UM 1m... 12m per season, 3m to manny, 4m however they have his buyout. then there is the rest of the coaching staff, then there is the other 20 sports at UM that are losing money bc football is the only profitable one....


So where all the money at?
