I think Mike probably misheard the 40 number. The more realistic number, which has been bandied about by guys like Flo and cribby is that there will be a total player turnover of about 40 total players. Probably 26-27 recruits and the rest portals.

As for the player who faked an injury, who knows, but it's probably an upperclassman.

Big bad Mel Turducken brought in 19 HS recruits and 20 TP'rs in his first year at Meeshegahn State....

So 40 is doable, maybe more...

Are there really that many quality players in TP each year??

The injuries this year is by far my biggest concern. It’s not operable to have this many injuries. We can’t have this happen another season. So either the S&C catches up, or sports science, but another year like this cant happen.

I saw a post about why did Gattis put in Stanley and not Parrish backed up in the end zone.

It’s because Parrish was OUT with injury. So your options are Mr. Fumbles, 244 pound FB Franklin who can’t move a pile, or Walk on Stanley.

Parrish is having to carry too much because Citizen and Chaney got hurt in preseason .

Mr. fumbles was nursing a hamstring then started giving ball to other team.

Parrish took too many Carries early.
