ACC goes to 16 and realigns divisions into

ATLANTIC. FSU, Clemson, GT, UNC, Duke, Wake, NC State, UVA

EAST. Miami, Louisville, Notre Dame, WVU, VT, Pitt, BC, Syracuse

Non-division crossover games (2) do not count in determining best team within division for championship game.

I got WVU as most reasonable addition to the new ACC-Big East power conference.

But make no mistake. We’d gun for Penn State first. And replacing Louisville w Kentucky will be part of our exploring committee discussions.

ACC folds? The conference has won half of the football national titles over the past 6 years and more basketball championships than I can keep track of. No matter what happens with expansion/contraction, the ACC will remain. ND will join in football at some point, the question is who will be the 16th team. I wish there was a team other than UConn that made sense.

Add Houston or SMU if ND joins.
 
I'd be fine with USC or Texas. Eff making the road trip to godforsaken Ohio every other year. California and Texas are better recruiting grounds for us too.
