Which one of the 2018 drafted Canes will be the 1st to see the field as a starter?

Dorset has really impressed belicheck lately, he might be the patriots number 2 receiver to open the year. Feel like he’s going to have a breakout year and immediately replace the void left by Brandon crooks

C'mon man, I like Dorsett but Cooks is clearly a better receiver. Would you honestly bet that Dorsett will have over a 1,000 receiving yards and 7 TDs next season?

I’m just saying what other receiver on their roster can do what crooks could theoretically with the elite speed and in terms of Down the field plays. Immediate playing time is available and Dorsett was like the 4th receiver on the team when he got traded but still received playing time including making a big time catch vs the jaguars in the afc championship that helped their comeback. Just based on training camp it seems Dorsett has been really impressive

Goes to show you where I have been..on the moon!..lol..I thought the Pat had cut Dorsett?? Glad to see he is still with the team. I think he has legit NFL talent but he is running out of chances.

Plenty of know nothing posters on this forum. During past season many had Berrios being drafted as high as second round. What he did for us is appreciated. Is he an nfl player? Probably he will be out of league next year.
I still think Berrios will make the Patriots' roster and probably start next year. What I wrote above in this thread is 3 months old, and now we know the Pats are not big on Malcolm Mitchell (who is hurt), Jordan Matthews was released, and Edelman is suspended 4 games. Berrios really landed in an ideal spot for himself and dominoes are falling in his favor. Sucks it has to be on the god**** Pats.

Mixon was terrible last year, but I cant go out on a limb and say Walton Is better than him
His ypc wasn't great, but he still accounted for almost 1000 yards. I hope Walton takes his job. But not counting on it

Yeah they are using him in the slot a lot more. Belicheck was giving him praise today and this week pretty much.

Top 3 on catches from Brady and when Brady pulls receivers along the side for extra work in practice Dorsett is one of those guys too along with Gronkowski, hogan and Edelman

I'm not hearing that much buzz on Berrios. Anybody got an update on his progress? Seems like he's in a battle with Riley McCarron, who is a similar player. They just signed Eric Decker, too.

As for the OP, I say Chris Herndon.

Sounds like the McCarron guy is ahead of him right now and looks better so far apparently.

Out of our players drafted this year Chris Herndon is really impressing.

RJ McIntosh is recovering from his procedure but is at practice not participating.

Chad Thomas recently had sports hernia surgery and is close to practicing,

Kendrick Norton haven’t heard much about him so far.

Walton has been pretty good so far

Kc McDermott has been struggling, not surprising.

Dee Delaney has been doing good for the jags as well.

Correct. Most posters continue to demonstrate their stupidity when evaluating talent.
