Those LBs are fast, so Lofton isnt the best matchup. So its gotta be CJ and Keelan on the outside. I think we need to run directly at their edge players with power. Our tackles are huge, and their edges are lighter players

Keelan Marion last 4 games:

21 catches for 368 yards and a TD.

Obviously coincides with the Daniels absence but he’s got to have a ton of confidence coming in. He’s been really strong at the catch point on those in breaking routes the last month. Put me down for a couple third down conversions to him tomorrow.

when you have a MONSTER like Malachi; use the attention he gets to build splash plays off action directed at him, ie. fake jet sweeps, fake tosses when in backfield, fake tunnel screens.

Beck is playing good ball recently and look to continue his play this weekend.

UM and Pitt are pretty much even vs the run… #1 and #2 in the conference. So I don’t really expect as much success there. I could be wrong of course.

We’re #1 vs the pass and Pitt is #9 so it looks like our opportunity is there.

Marion has 39 rec, 544 yds 1 TD

Daniels has 33 rec, 351 yds 6 TDs

Marion is more explosive with the ball in his hands while CJ has a knack for finding the end zone.

With CJ just coming back and Marion trending up lately I think Marion could be the difference maker for this one.
