Which Current ACC Head Coaches Should UM Consider?

I can't see Cutcliffe recruiting five stars but he can coach up two star guys

He's managing to get three and four stars to commit to Duke. He's not an elite recruiter but he does just fin for himself. And knowing how to coach, and put W's on the board makes recruiting that much easier.

He is a better recruiter than Folden.

Let me remind you of these players that play/played elsewhere:

Amari Cooper
Dalvin Cook
Travis Rudolph
Calvin Ridley
Shawn Burgess-Becker
Denver Kirkland COULD REALLY USE HIM A LT TACKLE NOW
Alex Collins
Skai Moore

There are more.....A LOT MORE!

I agree. His recruiting class for 2016 is right there with ours right now. We have exactly one more 4 star commit than Duke does at the moment. That's what winning does.

He does great for Duke but he wasn't going into Dalvin Cooks house and getting him to sign over Jimbo. Cutcliffe is a great coach and he fits perfectly where he is where he can do more with less. He's not the guy to get us where we need to be.

Hard to get Cook when you are choking away the season like Folden did. DC would not have done that at UM

Fedora has lost to Golden twice so he should not be considered and he should probably consider another profession

1 narduzzi
2 narduzzi
3 narduzzi

7th ranked defense in the country
Best in the ACC and with way less talent than Miami.

The OP clearly attempted to mask his obvious troll job here by throwing a respectable coach (Cutcliffe) but a beyond horrible fit hete in with 2 maximum level corches. Why not just add Mike London in as #4 ?

Not a chance Dalvin Cook could get into Duke academically. Not ever worth the discussion.

David Cutcliffe has had heart issues in the past and is well under control at this time. However, Duke is the perfect job for him with the environment, direction of the program and no unrealistic goals or fans. David is King at Duke and 8-4 or 9-3 seasons make everyone happy. The stress and expectations at UM are too high for him. He turned down UT when Kiffin ran off and again when Dooley was fired and he loved UT. I would scratch him off your list.

Here is my 3:

#1 David Cutclife Quality Coach. QB Guru. DC would make Kaaya Heisman worthy.

#2 Larry Fedora Quality Coach Would thrive with S. Fla. Talent

#3 Steve Adazzio SFla Attitude. His Defenses are mean. vs. FSU: Cook: 15 rushes for 54 yards and Golson: 119 passing passing. Would thrive with S. Fla. Talent

Cutclife would be great! I dont see a guy like him making excuses. Just wins and puts his players in position to win and excel.

Fedora is a loser!!!

Do you know he was the OC at Tennessee when they had some great teams? He is used to recruiting high end players.

Whatever happened to Hudspeth? Star was high for a while. Didn't have a great year last year, but he was on the fast track to a major gig in 2014.
