That was his title on his twitter bio etc last year as well. He's basically the "off-field cornerback coach" for the University of Miami.

Very glad to hear it. This has been my argument from Day 1 on the DVD On The Field insanity. Make him the best paid off the field recruiter. He won't ever want to take a job on the field.

That’s what he is just not in game day. If it was the nfl his title would be asst cornerbacks coach - it’s because of NCAA rules.

It’s not like he’s working on spreadsheets as an analyst during practice

I mean Joe was having interviews in the last week with NFL clubs , even though he’s been a college coach his entire career. That seems odd , just saying.

This one is the most confusing to me - the others I get as they hadn't worked for Mario before, but hadn't Joe been under him for a couple of years already? What changed? Is the problem less the effort and more that moving across the country he didn't have the same connections that he had before and had trouble making inroads here?
