Where did the new Podcast go?

Jurich here would be killer.

Jurich as AD...I just can't see this University take a chance on him. Too risky. Yes, I'm aware he was cleared of any wrongdoing but still. Boy oh boy would I love to be wrong though.

I also still don't believe Mario or Lane would come here. But again, I would loooooooove to be wrong. I still have question marks on the two but I truly believe they'd stabilize this program and bring us back to relevancy.

And if I am wrong and we end up with Aranda???? I certainly wouldn't hate that.

Basically. I hope I'm a d*mb*ss and we end up with:

AD - Jurich
HC - Mario

Quick summary:

— Manny and Blake were essentially done after the Michigan State game. That’s when most people turned on them.

— DMoney identified the names of all the important boosters who are working behind the scenes to make this program relevant again. He brought up how many of them are connected, personally, to Mario.

— Mario is choice #1. Kiffin is choice #2. We’re most likely going to end up with one of those two.

— Mario is 50/50. We’ll be able to match whatever offer Oregon counters with, and the tax situation in Florida is advantageous compared to Oregon. It will also be tough for a Cuban like Mario to turn this job down. -- A lot of pressure to come home. With that said, we need him to lose to Utah this weekend. It would greatly improve our chances.

— Kiffin will come here as long as we match the Ole Miss counter offer, which shouldn’t be a problem. He’d rather live in South Florida instead of Oxford. Having Van Dyke, Garcia, and other offensive weapons in place makes this job appealing to him. He’s about to lose all of his starters at Ole Miss, so he knows next year will be a rebuilding year if he stays.

— If for some reason we don’t get either, Aranda will probably get a call. He is apparently interested in the job.

— On the AD side of things, Jurich has legit interest. Alonzo will most likely end up being a football ops guy — he’s not necessarily an AD candidate. We should have someone in place before December, at the very latest.
Let’s leave it at this as the synopsis without filling in more blanks so we can keep this thread up. There’s obviously something that is better left out for the good of the program and CIS sources. It isn’t some crazy earth shattering thing, just not helpful for us with our sources.

LOL, it is called banana in the tailpipe syndrome. It has been a plague to Cane fans for about two decades now

Thank you. The only thing I will correct is that our #2 candidate is not as clear as #1. There is love for Aranda and others. The new AD will make the ultimate pick based on the interested choices.

CENSORSHIP!!!!! Lol

No wonder it got taken down. This is a fever dream lol I hope to God above that this is legit. A list of Mario, Lane, and Aranda is the best list I think many of us could realistically come up with
I was at work and was like I’ll listen to it when I’m off in a couple of hours, check and it’s gone 😭

The way things have gone the last 20 years, I totally agree! And, I really believe that any one of those 3 would start running the ACC by year 2 and we'd be national players by year 3 (or sooner). Man, I hope this is accurate!!

So where did it go

My only question is the same question everyone has. What’s the hold up? Do they think USC and LSU thinking “wait before we start out search, we want to give Miami the best opportunity to compete with our candidates”. Unless feelers are already going out.

I don't know anything but just because a coach hasn't been formally let go, doesn't mean that the coaching search isn't underway already.
