I was right there sec 129 row 11. saw the whole thing..it was pretty sad mam. The lady had her 10 year old son with her and he was going crazy crying & trying to protect her. Lil man was trying to fight everybody for his mom. Why in the ***** would you drink like that around your kid mane. She literally would not stop trying to fight for 20 minutes, everybody was trying to get her to stop before the police came

Woman was acting like a drunk idiot, but all the cops had to do was handcuff her and this would have never happened! The cops didn't follow standard procedure and now the Miami PD will be writing this woman a check. If the cop had been another drunk civilian I could at least kind of understand this, but cops are held to a higher standard not to respond to a slap in the face from an unarmed drunk woman with a closed fist hard punch to her face. I'm not saying the woman didn't kind of have this coming acting like a drunk a-hole, but the cop needs to have more self restraint while on duty.

Cook and his fellow athletes had options to simply walk away from the (mostly) belligerent chicks while this cop did not
have that choice.
I was raised not to raise a hand on women and in my 50something years of existence I have abided by those rules.
But, OTOH, women do not have the right to slap a man and, if they do, all bets are off.
Yes, this officer has higher standards to follow than a regular civilian, but at the end of the day he is a human being
and he was slapped in the face like he was a boy.
I do not blame him a bit.

I'm not real sure what you mean with DC, I'm not familiar with what he did. I'm not trying to justify what the cop did. I'm just saying that people actions can sometimes open up a whole bunch more scenarios. What happened to her was 100% a result of her own actions. A little bit of self control and that whole thing is avoided.

Because this cop couldn't contain his temper the DA will drop all charges and they have opened themselves to litigation. She finna secure the bag. When there are witnesses everywhere with camera phones the officer needs to be even smarter. I have close relatives that work in Law Enforcement.

The stadium gigs are paid OT and most of the detail are fans. It's a plum gig. I get roughing up a perp. But do it at the station or getting into the wagon

No kids but if my wife was at a public venue drunk out of her wits, starting fights with folks, back-handing cops and acting like a lit-up wh-ore, then
