When was the last time we saw this team play with emotion?

This is the most glaring problem IMO. Every team I watch appears to play with more passion than us.
This is a neutered team. Our players have been psychologically castrated. Watch VT. Their players show so much passion and actually look like they are having fun. The last time we showed any emotion collectively as a team was 2005 VT. We have had a few moments here and there since but nothing sustained through 4 quarters of play. Al Golden is a nice guy but he will not get it done here. He is a glorified chaperone.
We need coaches badly!

All our emotion left when we lost TDK. Ol boy was roasting VT sidelines as a one man trashtalking machine.

peach bowl vs the Gatas.

Also am I the only one who thinks that arm lock swing thing they are doing since Foldy got here is lame? Looks too fabricated and imposed on those kids.

Jhall I'm talking old school dancing on the sidelines to the other team's band not giving a ****. Not the contrived swaying before a kickoff and jumping before the 4th quarter. The poster above said it best. We have 85 drones out there.

sorry didn't see this post.

You're really making a lot of **** up today rok. You ok?

I guarantee you Golden said those things. I can pull them up if you really need me to.

He says a lot of things. I'm saying you're taking not much today and running the **** with it

Are you calling me a liar? Is that what you're doing?

That piece of **** Golden, I never liked him, I never trusted him. For all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed. But that's history. I'm here, he's not. You wanna go on with me, you say it. You don't, then you make a move.

Last Saturday night against FAMU.

Our problem has nothing to do with emotion or intensity.

Yes our problems are bigger than this but the team playing flat consistently does not help make up for the real issues. If they played with intensity and emotion it would mask the issues and we'd be able to make up for them by creating more big plays and actually playing with momentum. Golden has prolonged the atmosphere that Blandy did of churchboys with helmets. UL's kicker punking Burns in Bowl game told us all we needed to know.

The '14 dodgeball battle. The '14 homerun derby was a close second. The boys really came to play both of those days.

Man if you talkin about organized dances, taunting the other team, and pregame jumping on the other teams logo..Those days are long gone bruh. Maybe one day we will get that back. Not with Al though.

We are not in a position to be doing any types of dancing or celebrating. We need to show it on the field first. Its amazing how much one game just took all the wind out of our sails. From a fan base standpoint to a team standpoint. Smh. ****.

When you see the same ole #### we've had for years now, what do you expect? Same ole Canes, same ole blah, same ole b#t#hing and moaning. The beat goes on and the beatdowns keep coming.

what an annoying post. lets go jump around and act tough and then go out and lose by 30. this has been a constant complaint since coker. the real problem is the teams have stunk. thats it.

There was a rather spirited "It's Great, To Be, A Miami Hurricane" chant in the locker-room following last year's 3-point win over Wake Forest.
