Mark Richt is on the grill. If we lose to BC tomorrow which is a definite possibility it will show some of you believers that we are a BELOW than AVERAGE TEAM. Since the ND game last year the program has been in a major tailspin. It’s ALL on Richt’s shoulders and he has lost his ability to coach. Yes boys that happens and unless he fires himself and son we are in trouble. I just cannot believe how DUMB IGNORANT and STUBBORN he is not to give Williams a chance. He is his own worst enemy and our recruiting is suffering mightily because of his lack of coaching acumen every week. THE GUY IS WONDERFUL MAN but a Charlatan when it comes to a football coach!

Venison burgers cooked with smoked butter on the cast iron skillet.

Over open fire in the woods? Brings back childhood memories. After the blackstrap was gone, pop would break out a old hand grinder and put me to work on the ground verison for his burgers. Never much liked venison stew but those burgers sizzling in cast iron were great.
