What would you guys think of a Jedd Fisch return?

Besides the recruiting issues which have been pointed out here, I also have issue with his seemingly always wandering eye for a new job. You want a coach that is motivated, but he never ever seems to have any roots anywhere and somewhere new every year (maybe why he doens't give a crap about recruiting when he never stays long enough to see someone develop multiple years).

Otherwise, I do agree he is a very good playcaller. And Brock, I don't know but estimating here: is the reason he was in the middle of the ACC in total offense because D'onofrio's horrific bend but don't break garbage never generated turnovers and, in turn, kept opposing offenses on the field thereby limiting our offense's opportunities?

My concern, is we would have to wait for the RAMs to either lose in the playoffs or wait til after the superbowl if they get there. We are already in the hole in recruiting. I guess we could name him the OC and then he joins the team after their run.

Fisch might be good. But, he's not going to be inspired. That's what we really need . . . if we can get it. Somebody to come in on offense like Manny did on defense. Somebody that can do what he and the turn-over chain did for both fans and players. We got screwed by the timing. RIcht did us a real favor . . . but he should have done it sooner. At least we got a S&C coach out of it.

This makes no sense. I mean literally have no idea what "inspired" means in your context.
