What might change your mind about current staff

This is beyond delusional.
This staff and this coach and this admin has proven that they can’t win out.
There is nothing I have seen, no adjustments have been made, no personnel changes to improve a position group, no offensive or defensive play calling that has put players and opposing teams in a position for them to be scored on and stopped on a consistent basis.
We’ve seen players regress. We’ve seen better players never even given the opportunity to improve during game time.
But yet this question is asked.
Give me fckng break man.
