What made you signup and start posting on CIS

Obviously we have a lot of lurkers that we would like to register and post on CIS. My question is, what made you register and start posting and what kept you away for so long?

I came for the info. Been a member for a long. Don’t have much inside info so the only thing I have to contribute is my opinion. There are already plenty of useless opinions so I keep mine to myself. But I still enjoy the info that gets posted from time to time.
